Shipping Policy

Once your custom order is complete, you will receive an email with pictures of your purchase. During this time, you will need to confirm that your purchase is correct. Your item(s) will be shipped within 1-5 business days of confirmation using USPS priority shipping, tracking and insurance will be included. There are no refunds. Please report any issues/concerns if any should arise no more than 24 hours after delivery. Currently there is a 1-5 business days or less turn around period. During a sale please expect longer wait times.
