  • Can I pick up my order in person?
    Yes. If you are located in the Cleveland area the option for pick up is available. For this option please email us at contact@sipsandshirts.com or call us at 216-256-1366.
  • Can I return an item?
    No! All sales are final. Because our items are custom ordered no returns will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to approve all mocks sent via email or text. Each item is inspected before it is shipped to you.
  • What is the turn around time for orders?
    Currently there is 3-5 business days or less turn around period. During a sale please expect longer wait times.
  • How do I care for my Sips?
    Hand wash only with cool water. No microwave. Not dishwasher safe. Care instructions will be provided with each order.
  • Do you ship internationally??
    Yes, we do ship worldwide. If you have problems checking out, please email us at contact@sipsandshirts.com to place your order.
  • How do care for my Shirts?
    Gentle cool wash. No bleach. No ironing. Tumble dry/ hang dry whenever possible. Care instructions will be provided with each order.
  • Shipping Policy
    All items ship out within 1-5 business days. This excludes holidays sale times. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. PLEASE EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS when there is a sale!!! Expect orders to ship out in 5-7 business days. At the time your order ships, you will receive an update email including a delivery confirmation number for your shipment. This number allows you to track the status of your package after it has left our office, as well as to confirm the delivery of your order. Once the mail carrier has confirmed that your order has been received, #SipsAndShirts is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Your order will be shipped to the "ship to" address you enter at checkout. Please be sure that this address is accurate. #SipsAndShirts is not responsible for shipping and/or transit times as these are determined by the mail carrier and are beyond our control.   • Bulk Purchasing
    A bulk purchase is considered to be a purchase of 10 or more of the same products in a single purchase. There will a 30% discount added to the order after customer service is contacted.
